Before I built my private studio in North Dallas to be the go-to personal trainer for men and women 40 and older I was that guy.
A man in my 50’s. The last thing I felt comfortable doing was walking into a gym and working out around a much younger age group. No, I am not vain, it just did not feel right. Even though I lived in the gym the first 30 years of my life. Just the thought of working out around other people discouraged me from going and this was years before covid.
