I’m Chris Ownbey—husband, father, nationally certified personal fitness trainer, and personal coach. I’m the proud owner of Chris Ownbey’s Fitness, serving Carrrollton, Coppell, Plano, and North Dallas, and creator of the revolutionary 5-20-5 System—a 30-minute workout that delivers real results in less time.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve helped countless individuals just like you move better, feel better, get out of pain, shed unwanted weight, and lead a healthier life. But my journey to success wasn’t always smooth. In 2012, I found myself in the ER due to high stress and anxiety, which pushed me to dive deeper into creating a fitness system that works for real people with real schedules. That’s when the 5-20-5 System was born.
