Men and women over 40 struggle, because most advice in the fitness industry (diet and exercise) is geared toward younger people. They have different needs, wants, and goals. As we get older, our focus will shift from vanity to longevity. Keeping up with the kids and grandkids, and having the energy to do the things we want to do. We want to look better, feel better and live better.

I have been a personal trainer for over 30 years.
Now in my 50’s. My mission is to help men and women 40 and older workout age appropriately.
We cannot do the same workouts we did when we were younger. Most of the information written on exercise is geared toward the younger generation. Following this advice can lead to frustration, confusion, and possible injury.
My program is safe. We do not leave the ground doing box jumps or burpees.
It’s not about vanity but longevity. It’s about gaining strength, flexibility, and balance.
